Summer has not been kind to us. Its effects are felt throughout the body, even hair, skin and nails. But this is no reason to give up the fight for a beautiful appearance. There are many ways that can help us win it or at least survive hot days. And still be beautiful!

Some basic rules

We can try to change our lifestyle and choose cosmetics adapted to our age and skin type. The important thing is sun protection. Strong solar radiation causes wrinkles, freckles, discoloration, dryness and even skin cancer, so the best protection will be provided by creams with a high UV filter. On hot days, it is better to give up the use of perfumes and toilet waters, as they can cause irritation. However, the most important rule is daily skin care, and above all face cleansing and makeup removal at night. The daily menu should include, among others: broccoli, carrots, asparagus, spinach, lettuce and fruit, brown rice, yogurt, kefir, olive oil and coconut oil as well as nuts and seeds, e.g. pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Healthy appearance is a guarantee of well-being, so it is worth remembering about daily skin and hair care, especially in summer, when they are exposed to harmful sunlight. A balanced diet will improve the condition of the body and keep it under control. In this way, summer is no longer scary for us!
