Der NDR Rundfunkrat hat am 30. November in Hamburg dem Wirtschaftsplan 2019 des NDR zugestimmt. Eine Woche zuvor hatte bereits der Verwaltungsrat die Planung gebilligt. Der Wirtschaftsplan legt detailliert dar, wofür der NDR im kommenden Jahr seine Mittel einsetzen will. Insgesamt weist der Haushalt für den Vier-Länder-Sender im kommenden Jahr ein Volumen von rund 1,2 Mrd. Euro auf. Für 2019 rechnet der NDR mit einem handelsrechtlichen Fehlbetrag von rund 146 Mio. Euro.
